Being successful in this business has been easy for me, because I've always had an unfair advantage . . . I am uneducated, or I should say, uneducated as far as school books and conventional thinking is concerned.
If I had been educated and a conventional thinker, I would have got into business or got a job, stayed there for forty years, retired, played golf, or possibly did nothing - and then dropped dead!
And this is all too often the scenario.

In 1984 the Jennings Group, with Sir Roderick Proctor at the helm, were the successful tenderers for the design and construction of the new Gold Coast Casino. By this time, based on Frank's philosophy, business was thriving, so it was no surprise when my company was invited by Jennings Management, along with dozens of others, to be part of building Jupiter's Casino.
